We are so very proud of every single one of Liverpool athletes who competed over the weekend. You all certainly put “Champions” in Championships
The results are outstanding, but the smiles, PB’s and new friendships are priceless.

Thank you to all the committee members and parent helpers who stepped up to help out, with some doing double shifts. Without your help, the events would not be able to run smoothly.

We have 18 automatic qualifiers to State Championships (19-20 March) with a few athletes who may still qualify when all other Regions’ results are finalised. We also have 30 medalists, overall receiving 54 medals (18 Gold, 17 Silver and 19 Bronze)!!

We have certainly finished off the long weekend with a bang, with both of our relay teams fighting it off to win a podium place.
